Reaching the whole body beyond outward symptoms Reiki is a beautiful energy that magnifies your own capacity for self healing on all levels, including physical and emotional. The recipient lies fully clothed on a therapy couch whilst the practitioner places her hands on specific points on the body.

Indian Head Massage is a deeply relaxing yet enlivening and invigorating massage of the back, shoulders, arms, hands, neck, head and face. It can aid circulation, lymph drainage and relief of muscle tension and headaches. Given either through clothing or on the skin with organic massage oil.
