Everyone is welcome to these relaxed and friendly sessions which give an excellent introduction to meditation practice. Learning to meditate in a guided group is a much easier and supported way to begin meditation. Many beginners go on to join the improvers as they find the weekly sessions supporting and empowering.

Beginners course covers simple meditation practice, focusing on the breath and posture, building up to a range of techniques so that participants can find ones to suit them and their circumstances to achieve maximum benefit.

Regular practice helps us to focus on the things we need to achieve and can bring many benefits including:

An excellent introduction for beginners or those who have tried and given up! I take you through the steps to successful meditation beginning with the foundation technique focusing on the breath. Over the 6 sessions we explore the positive steps to living mindfully with focused and relaxing meditation which helps us with self healing, dealing with stress, relationships, decision making and much more.

Part II Visualisation, Insight & Healing; 4 weekly sessions 7pm £30.
Developing further meditation practice and exploring techniques for greater awareness and decision making.
